Donaldson Group, Inc. was founded in 1999 to provide strategic advisory services to companies seeking high growth. Tim Donaldson is an experienced executive with a successful track record in Sales, Marketing and General Management of high technology businesses. He is a skilled strategist, business developer and implementer of successful business, marketing and sales plans nationally and internationally. His experience includes startup, turnaround, private and public company situations including funding, divestiture and joint venture activities. He has held management positions at Oracle Corporation, Lawson Software, Control Data, and Burroughs Corporation, and various startups in addition to five years as a management consultant.

Donaldson Group clients have successfully developed winning strategies, achieved high growth rates and raised investment capital. Several clients have raised multiple millions in first and second round funding using business plans developed by Donaldson Group.

The company has established several partnerships in the areas of market research, marketing communication and organization development.
